Foyen advises in connection with sale of SCiBreak AB

Foyen advises KIC InnoEnergy SE and the founders in connection with the sale of SCiBreak AB to Mitsubishi Electric Corporation.

SCiBreak AB was founded in 2014 and develops DCCB technologies for high-voltage direct current (HVDC) systems, aimed at supporting the increasing global deployment of renewable energy.

Foyen’s team was led by Jonas Conradsson and Fanny Johansson.
