PwC Sverige are relocating their headquarters from Bonnierhuset on Torsgatan to Snäckan 8 on Tegelbacken, securing one of Stockholm’s best locations. The property, owned by Slussgården, is situated in close proximity to Stockholm Central Station, adjacent to the Sheraton Hotel. Starting in Q1 2026, a number of facilities will be offered to commercial tenants and external visitors, including a state-of-the-art conference facility, a 255-seat auditorium, cafes, restaurants and a rooftop terrace with views of Riddarholmen and Gamla stan.
Slussgården AB is a subsidiary of SKR Företag AB, owned by Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner (SKR). The company operates on a strictly commercial basis. Its business includes the ownership and management of real estate and the provision of in-house support services.
