Helena has been an associate at Foyen Advokatfirma since 2022. Helena is mainly focused on general corporate, commercial agreements, M&A and private equity and she has experience from both Swedish and international investments and other projects. Prior to joining Foyen she amongst other things completed a law clerkship at the Kalmar District Court.
